A small number of activities have terms that differ from the general 24-hour rule, because of how far in advance the operator needs to plan. Always check the individual activity page for the exact figure, but as a guide:

Where an activity requires a minimum number of guests per booking (for example, the Tangier Camel Ride Tour and Hercules Caves Tour, both minimum 2 people), reducing your group below that minimum after booking may affect your total price rather than qualify for a partial refund contact us to discuss options.
Outdoor activities that depend on weather or sea conditions including 4×4 tours, boat trips (Tangier Bay Boat Tour, Fishing Half-Day Boat Trip, Fish Pick & Cook), horseback riding, and the Cap Spartel E-Bike Tour may be rescheduled or refunded at the operator’s discretion if conditions are judged unsafe. Light rain or ordinary weather typically doesn’t affect these activities; this applies specifically to conditions that raise a genuine safety concern.
If you’d like to change your date, activity, or number of guests rather than cancel outright, contact us as early as possible:
